Welcome to AI Bulk Video Creator Pro! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Installation

System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
  • RAM: Minimum 8GB, 16GB recommended
  • Storage: 2GB free disk space
  • GPU: NVIDIA GPU with CUDA support (optional, for faster processing)
  • Internet: Required for initial activation only

Installation Steps

  1. Download the installer from your purchase email
  2. Double-click AIVideoCreatorPro_Setup.exe
  3. Follow the installation wizard
  4. Launch the application
  5. Enter your license key when prompted
Note: Your license key was sent to your email after purchase. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.

Features Guide

AI Transcription

Automatically convert speech to text using OpenAI Whisper technology.

How to Use:

  1. Click "Add Audio Files"
  2. Select your audio/video files
  3. Choose the language (or use "Auto-detect")
  4. Click "Start Transcription"

Supported Languages: 95+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and more.

Accuracy: 95%+ for clear audio with minimal background noise.

Caption Styling

Create beautiful karaoke-style captions with word-by-word highlighting.

Customization Options:

  • Font: 200+ system fonts available
  • Color: Text color, outline color, highlight color
  • Size: Adjust font size for readability
  • Position: Top, center, or bottom placement
  • Animation: Fade in/out, slide, zoom effects
Tip: Use high contrast colors (white text with black outline) for maximum readability on any background.

Batch Processing

Process up to 100+ videos simultaneously with smart file matching.

How to Use Batch Mode:

  1. Enable "Batch Mode" in the toolbar
  2. Add multiple audio files
  3. Add matching background videos (optional)
  4. Configure caption settings once (applies to all)
  5. Click "Process All"

File Matching: The software automatically pairs files with matching names (e.g., "video1.mp3" + "video1.mp4").

Text-to-Speech

Generate natural-sounding voiceovers from text scripts.

Available Voices:

  • 40+ professional voices
  • Multiple accents (US, UK, Australian, etc.)
  • Male and female options
  • Adjustable speed and pitch

How to Generate TTS:

  1. Go to "TTS Generator" tab
  2. Paste or type your script
  3. Select voice and language
  4. Click "Generate Audio"

Video Effects

Available Effects:

  • Flip: Horizontal or vertical flip
  • Rotate: 90°, 180°, 270° rotation

Watermarks

Add up to 3 custom watermarks to brand your videos.

Watermark Settings:

  • Position: Top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right, center
  • Size: Adjust watermark scale (10-100%)
  • Opacity: Control transparency (0-100%)
  • Padding: Set distance from edges
Important: Use PNG files with transparency for best results. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, BMP.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

License Activation Failed

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify your license key is correct

Video Processing Failed

  • Ensure your video format is supported (MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV)
  • Check that you have enough disk space
  • Try restarting the application

Transcription Not Accurate

  • Ensure audio is clear with minimal background noise
  • Select the correct language (don't use auto-detect for best results)
  • Consider using a higher quality audio source

Application Crashes

  • Update to the latest version
